Upload a PDF or a phone photo (JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC, up to 10 MB). DueLantern’s AI reads the document and suggests the expiration date. You always confirm it before it’s saved.
- Open a requirement and click “Upload document” (or use the Documents page).
- Choose the file.
- Check the date the AI found and confirm it.
Health-related requirements
Upload the clearance card or certificate (for example, “TB test: cleared”), not medical records or lab results. DueLantern is not a medical records system.
Tip: If the AI can’t read a photo, try a flatter, brighter photo or a PDF scan. You can always type the date yourself.
