Reminders & renewals
Pause reminders or mark a renewal “in progress”
Stop the reminders for one item without deleting anything.
Open the requirement and use one of these buttons:
- Renewal in progress: use this when someone is already working on the renewal. Reminders and overdue alerts stop until the new document is approved.
- Pause reminders: stops all reminders for this item until you turn them back on.
To turn reminders back on, open the requirement and click “Resume reminders”.
