Accessibility statement

Everyone on your team should be able to use DueLantern, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, a phone, or larger text.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox; with a keyboard only; with VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone and TalkBack on Android; and on small phone screens with text enlarged.

What we’ve done

  • A “Skip to main content” link and clear focus outlines for keyboard users.
  • Status is always shown in words (like “Expired” or “Due in 6 days”), never by color alone.
  • Buttons and links on phones are large enough to tap easily.
  • Labels on form fields and buttons, so screen readers announce them.
  • Accessible sign-in (WCAG 2.2 “Accessible Authentication”): no puzzles or CAPTCHAs to log in, and paste, password managers and “Continue with Google” work on every login field, including two-factor codes.
  • Upload pages for employees work in English and Spanish, and open the camera with one tap.
  • Animations are turned off when your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limits

Some printable reports and older settings screens may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We aim to fix these by mid-2027, and we fix reported problems first. Documents that you or your employees upload (like photos of license cards) are shown as they were uploaded, so they may not be readable by a screen reader. Uploaded files are content provided by our customers and their employees and vendors. DueLantern stores and displays them as provided and is not responsible for how accessible or legible those third-party files are. If you need an uploaded document in another format, ask the company that added it, and we’ll help them where we can.

Tell us about a problem

If something is hard to use, email support@duelantern.com. If your organization needs an accessibility questionnaire filled out for a purchase, email us and we'll complete it. We don't have a formal VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) yet; if your procurement process requires one, tell us and we'll prepare it.
