Turn on phone notifications

Get a notification when a document is uploaded or a renewal needs you.

iPhone

  1. Open duelantern.com in Safari and log in.
  2. Tap the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”, then “Add”.
  3. Open DueLantern from your home screen and log in.
  4. Tap More → Notifications, then “Turn on notifications” and “Allow”.

Android or a computer

  1. Open DueLantern in Chrome, Edge or Firefox and log in.
  2. Go to Settings → Phone notifications and click “Turn on notifications”, then “Allow”.

Turn it on for each device you use. Admins get every alert; location managers get alerts for their location.

Tip: iPhones need iOS 16.4 or newer, and only allow notifications from apps added to the home screen.
