Getting started

Add requirements (licenses, certifications, insurance)

A requirement is anything with an expiration date that someone needs to keep current.

← All help articles

Requirements can belong to an employee (like a CPR card) or to the company (like general liability insurance or a business license).

Add one by hand

  1. Go to Requirements and click “+ Add Requirement”.
  2. Choose who it belongs to: an employee, or “Company-wide”. For company items, enter the person who should get the reminders.
  3. Enter the name and expiration date, and choose when the first reminder should go out (7, 30, 60 or 90 days before).
  4. Click “Save requirement”.

Add many at once

  • Quick setup adds the usual requirements for your type of business in one click.
  • Import spreadsheet brings in your existing tracker from Excel, Google Sheets or a CSV file.

Change a date or name later

Click “Edit” on any requirement. Changing the expiration date restarts the reminders for the new date.
