Questions
Can I store TB tests and other health documents?
Store the clearance card or certificate (for example, “TB test: cleared”), not medical records or lab results. DueLantern is a renewal tracker, not a medical records system, and it isn’t built for HIPAA-protected health information.
Do caregivers need to download an app?
No. Each reminder email has a private link. They tap it and snap a photo of the new card.
