DueLantern vs Remindax

Remindax is a general expiration reminder tool. You can track almost anything with a date, like contracts, domains, insurance and certifications, and get alerts by email, text or WhatsApp.

DueLantern is built for one job: keeping your employees’ licenses and certifications, plus your company’s permits and insurance, current. It doesn’t just remind you. It collects the renewed document from the employee, reads the new date, and escalates if something goes overdue.

• Employees upload their own renewals. Every reminder has a private upload link. No account or password needed; they snap a photo on their phone.
• AI reads the new expiration date. You confirm it with one click instead of typing it in.
• Nothing changes until you approve it. Uploads wait in a review queue, and the old document stays in the history.
• Overdue alerts go up the chain. If something is still overdue after the number of days you choose, your whole team is told.
• Compliance packet. Print a report or send an inspector a private link that expires.
• Weekly summary and calendar feed. A Monday email with what’s due, and every date in Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.

DueLantern is free for up to 3 employees and 3 vendors, and paid plans start at $49/month for up to 10 active employees and 25 vendors, with every feature on every plan and no limit on how many items you track. See all plans. Remindax lists its own plans on its website; check there for current prices.
